1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the Obliquo platform, websites and related services provided by Voxel 3D, S.L.U.

By accessing or using Obliquo, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform or services.

The use of Obliquo implies acceptance of:

  • the Privacy Policy
  • the Cookie Policy
  • any additional legal notices applicable to specific services

The current legal framework and company information published on the existing Obliquo website have been used as a reference for this document.

3. Description of the Services

Obliquo is a cloud-native geospatial platform designed for:

  • geospatial data visualization
  • 3D streaming
  • BIM-GIS integration
  • reality capture publishing
  • digital twin workflows
  • cloud-based spatial data management

The platform may include solutions such as:

  • Obliquo Cloud
  • Obliquo Reality
  • Obliquo City
  • Obliquo Certify

Obliquo enables users to upload, manage, process, publish and share geospatial and 3D datasets through web-based services.


4. Eligibility

Users must:

  • be at least 18 years old, or
  • have legal authorization to act on behalf of an organization

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations.


5. User Accounts

Some services may require account registration.

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials
  • all activities performed under their accounts
  • providing accurate and updated information

Voxel 3D reserves the right to:

  • suspend accounts
  • restrict access
  • terminate services

in cases of misuse, security risks, fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms.


6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • upload unlawful or harmful content
  • distribute malware or malicious code
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • interfere with platform stability or security
  • infringe intellectual property rights
  • use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • overload infrastructure or abuse APIs

Users remain solely responsible for all uploaded data and content.

The principles of acceptable use are based on the current legal notices published by Obliquo.


7. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, software, branding, interfaces, designs, source code, documentation and visual assets related to Obliquo remain the exclusive property of Voxel 3D, S.L.U. unless otherwise stated.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded datasets and content.

By uploading content to the platform, users grant Voxel 3D a limited license necessary to:

  • host
  • process
  • stream
  • backup
  • display
  • technically operate

the services associated with the platform.

No ownership transfer is implied.


8. User Content

Users are solely responsible for:

  • the legality of uploaded content
  • obtaining all required rights and permissions
  • ensuring data accuracy
  • compliance with privacy and data protection laws

Voxel 3D does not actively monitor all uploaded content but reserves the right to remove content that:

  • violates laws
  • infringes rights
  • creates security risks
  • breaches these Terms

9. Availability of Services

Voxel 3D aims to provide reliable and continuous access to the platform.

However, services may occasionally be interrupted due to:

  • maintenance
  • infrastructure upgrades
  • security incidents
  • third-party provider failures
  • force majeure events

Voxel 3D does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.


10. Data Storage and Security

Obliquo uses cloud-based infrastructure and security measures designed to protect user information and datasets.

However:

  • no online service can guarantee absolute security
  • users are responsible for maintaining backups of critical data
  • users should implement appropriate internal security measures

Voxel 3D continuously works to improve platform reliability and security.


11. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Obliquo Privacy Policy.

Voxel 3D processes personal data in accordance with:

  • applicable Spanish legislation
  • relevant European data protection regulations
